All ebikes are shipped via UPS with a tracking number. An adult will be required to sign.
We can quote shipping to remote areas that are serviced by UPS but need to provide custom quote for remote regions

The ECOTRIC  26″ Vortex features the 350 Watt Rear Hub Motor with a 36v Lithium Cell battery to provide riding distances of 30-55 kilometer per charge. This bike features both pedal assist and throttle only mode.

• Weight of the bike :27.2 Kg( 60 lb). Recommended for users under 220 pounds.Tire: 26×1.95 cover tire ;  Brushless toothless 350W rear motor for a smooth and quiet ride. LED 810 Display Panel :Power display, 6KM constant speed walk/cruise, three-speed cycle display. Package includes: one 90% pre-assembled ebike, one charger, necessary tools for assembly, user manual.
• Please note that when you receive the bike, there may be an extra charging cable in the package or on the battery. This cable is not provided to customers, but is used by the warehouse staff to charge the bike (the battery needs to be charged regularly to keep it active), and once the bike leaves the warehouse, this cable is meaningless. So please ignore this wire, there is a special charger and charging cable in the package.
