Ebikes-Canada.com will ship your ebike for free via UPS. It can be shipped directly to your home or to the nearest UPS Store for free in all 10 provinces. Shipments to remote areas are possible, but would include a remote location surcharge that would be determined on a per case basis.
All shipments for purchases of over $450.00 will be sent with a tracking number provided on the shipping date. Orders for under $450.00 may be sent by regular parcel post without a tracking number. Orders under $450 will be billed a $15.00 shipping fee
Batteries are usually delivered factory direct within 2-3 weeks although we do have limited stock in our Ottawa location that are available for delivery within a few days. Inquire with us before you buy if you want it sooner than 3-4 weeks.
Shipping times for in stock ebikes (marked as Ready to Ship) vary from 2-3 business days to process and ship the order. You will be provided a tracking number. Freight time will depend on location but typically takes between 3 to 10 days. You should receive your new ebike within 2 weeks or so of payment confirmation, if the ebike is marked as a ready to ship item.
All ebikes on our site are available. In stock (ready to ship) items go out from our warehouse in Ottawa, a manufacturer warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario or from a manufacturer warehouse in California. Assembled models are only available locally in the Ottawa area. We only ship ebikes in manufacturer packaging. Typically ebikes are 90-95% assembled and come with simple instructions and all the tools necessary to get it assembled. It takes roughly one hour to assemble your new ebike. We do not ship assembled ebikes but you can have one if you deal with the cost of freight and packaging. There are services that package and ship assembled bikes for travel.
Custom ebike orders, or orders for items we do not have on hand are welcomed. There is no ebike that is shown on our site that we would not be able to deliver to you within 8-10 weeks. Let us know what you want and we can even tailor an ebike to your specific needs. Custom built ebikes are usually shipped directly from the factory, or can be picked up from our location in Ottawa, Ontario.
Factory direct shipments are still free of charge, but will originate from the manufacturing facility, rather than from a North American warehouse.
SHIPPING METHOD
Shipping for ebikes is offered through UPS. It is free everywhere within the 10 provinces. A surcharge may apply to remote locations and will be assessed on an individual case basis. Once your ebike ships, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be! Because of its value, you will be required to sign for the delivery of your ebike package. Orders for accessories will be shipped via best available method and carrier.

HOW THE BIKE IS SHIPPED
All our electric bikes are shipped 90-95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you simply need to attach the front wheel, set up the handlebars to your correct height, set the display on the handlebars, screw in the pedals, put in the seat. Charge the battery for 10-12 hours before your first ride and you are good to go.
