We offer FREE shipping of conversion kits and batteries to all Canadian provinces. We can ship to remote areas that are serviced by UPS, but will need to provide custom shipping quote for remote regions. We do not ship ebikes. We only sell ebikes in the local market around Ottawa. We do not ship outside of Canada
Ebikes-Canada.com will ship your kit via UPS. It can be shipped directly to your home or to the nearest UPS Store in all 10 provinces. Shipments to remote areas like Yukon, NWT & Nunavut are possible, but include a variable remote location surcharge that needs to be determined on a per case basis.
Shipping times vary from 2-3 business days to process and ship the order. You will be provided a tracking number. Freight time will depend on location but typically takes between 3 to 10 days. You should receive your new kit or battery within 2 weeks or so of payment confirmation.
Small orders for parts and accessories worth under $200.00 may be sent by regular parcel post without a tracking number. Orders under $200 will be billed a flat rate $15.00 shipping fee.
Batteries are usually delivered factory direct within 2-3 weeks, although we do have limited stock in our Ottawa location that are available for delivery within a few days. Inquire with us before you purchase, if you want it sooner than 3-4 weeks.
We sell assembled ebikes that are only available locally in the Ottawa area. We do not ship ebikes, but we can assemble one for you, if you deal with the cost of freight and packaging. There are services that package and ship assembled bikes for travel which may be something you may want to consider if you prefer getting your ebike assembled and shipped to your home.
