Off Road Ebikes

Canadian laws state that the maximum power for ebikes riding on public roads is 500 Watts. These high-powered ebikes all have motors that exceed 500 Watts so they require a limited Speed Motorcycle license. These higher powered ebikes are considered equivalent to mopeds and need to follow the same licensing requirements if you want to ride the higher powered ebike on public roads.
